Helpful staff, fluent in English, assisted with calls and transport. Clean, spacious room with good value. Close to subway station, a few stops from Plaza de Mayo. Nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes. Good WiFi.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to a metro station and within walking distance to tourist attractions and restaurants. The staff, particularly the male-female pairing during the day/afternoon shift, were helpful and had a good command of English. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Transportation was convenient with the subway station only a few stops away from a major plaza.
