Helpful staff, fluent in English, assisted with calls and transport. Clean, spacious room with good value. Close to subway station, a few stops from Plaza de Mayo. Nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes. Good WiFi.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to a metro station and within walking distance to tourist attractions and restaurants. The staff, particularly the male-female pairing during the day/afternoon shift, were incredibly helpful and had a good command of English. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Transportation was convenient with the subway station only a few stops away from a major plaza.

Being within walking distance of the main avenue was a huge bonus, allowing me to explore the city easily. The room I stayed in was not only spacious but also provided enhanced comfort with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, always on hand to assist with any requests or inquiries. The service, including dry cleaning and housekeeping, was impeccable, ensuring that my stay was both comfortable and stress-free.
